Our first vocation: promotion of international trade fairs. We take pride on counting with the trust of international companies of great prestige of the sector, such as Reed Exhibitions Co. (since 1995), VNU Exhibitions (since 1996), GL Events/Sepelcom (since 1996), Fresh RM - Montgomery group (since 1998), Clarion Events (since 2007), to promote their trade shows in Spain.

Thanks to these organizations’ continuous market investigation, so as to keep and develop the international position of their shows, we had the opportunity to collaborate in marketing analysis of several sectors and markets, of which we have an in-depth knowledge. We have also designed products and services of great added value, both for our customers organizers and our customers exhibitors and visitors.

Also, in order to offer a wider specialized services on each market we do have a international professional network.

Getting in touch with Organisms and Trade Associations in Spain: They can collaborate in the promotion and may offer subsidies for exhibiting companies, which help the access to a market. We identify the appropriated organism and trade associations relevant for our show and introduce the show to them.

Organization of press conferences in Spain: Invitation to trade media and trade associations, preparation of a press kit in the corresponding language, follow up the diffusion of the information.

Preparation and development of Marketing Plans & Communication Projects: The target of the organizer is to answer the expectations of exhibitors and visitors. In a ever-changing global market, the marketing plan and communication project is a must for every edition of the trade show. It allows to take investment decisions with perspective and identify variables and resources in order to achieve the proposed target.

Promotion of Trade Fairs for Exhibitors & Visitors: We will design a customized acquisition campaign so as to get them both into the show.

Technical support for trade shows in Spain: We offer a team for coordination during setting up. We will coordinate the setting up with the companies you have chosen for technical arrangements. The official appointed companies and exhibitors will have one speaker. This way you will offer your exhibitors efficacy and quality.
